This policy explains how SonaBhav(“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit our website. SonaBhav is operated by Northvane Management Private Limited, a company registered in India (CIN U62091CT2026PTC020789) with its registered office at Office No. 203, Edge Commercial Complex, Mowa, Raipur 492001, Chhattisgarh, India. We have tried to keep this plain. If anything is unclear, email us at support@northvane.in.
SonaBhav is a rate-tracking website. You can browse and use it without creating an account, and we do not ask you for personal details to see rates. We do not sell your personal information. There are no ads, no analytics and no third-party trackers on this site, so there is no data-sharing to disclose — the only record of your visit is the ordinary server log described below.
Like almost every website, the server that hosts SonaBhav writes an ordinary access log when you visit — your IP address, browser and device type, the page you asked for and the time. That is used to keep the site up and secure, and nothing else. Where this data can identify you, we treat it as personal data. It is the only record your visit leaves anywhere.
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. SonaBhav sets none. We have no login to remember and no advertising partner to hand you to, so there is nothing for a cookie to do. You will not see a cookie banner here, because there is nothing to ask you to consent to.
SonaBhav shows no advertising and runs no analytics. There is no AdSense on this site, no ad network, no tracking pixel, no measurement script, and no blank space held open for one. Nothing on the page is watching what you do with it.
That may change one day — if it does, this section will be rewritten in full before the first ad or tracker appears, not after. Until you read otherwise here, the answer is none.
SonaBhav is a general-audience information site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
There are no ad or tracking preferences to set here, because there is nothing to opt out of. Depending on where you live — including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) framework — you may have rights to access or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. In practice that is the server access log described above and nothing else. To make such a request, email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
We may update this policy as the site evolves or as the law changes. The version on this page is always the current one; material changes will be reflected here.
For any privacy question or request, email support@northvane.in. If what you have is a complaint rather than a question, use the grievance route below — it reaches the same mailbox, but it is the one we are answerable for.
If you believe we have mishandled your personal data, or you are unhappy with how this site has treated you, you can raise it formally with our Grievance Officer appointed under Rule 5(9) of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
